School registration of children in our parish takes place on all days that school is in session between 9 am and 12 Noon in the morning and 1:30 pm to 2 pm in the afternoon. To qualify, children must be age appropriate, based on Illinois state guidelines. Please call Mrs. Oslowski in the school office if you have any questions at 773-763-7080.

A non-refundable per child registration fee of $200 is required at time of registration along with the following documents that will be retained in the child's permanent file:

• An original birth certificate.
• A copy of the baptismal certificate, unless the child was baptized at St. Tarcissus Church.

PLEASE REMEMBER: To qualify for enrollment, children must have attained their entrance age of 3, 4, or 5 years by September 1, 2012. Underage children will not be admitted.

NOTE: Non-parishioners who wish to register their children in our school may do so, however, their placement will not be confirmed until June 1, 2012. If you plan to become a registered parish family, please do so before you register your child(ren) for school. Simply call our rectory at 773-763-8228, to inquire about their procedure to become a registered parishioner.

New students are registered in the following order:

• Existing children of school families.
• Parish families, parish status will be verified with the rectory, in order of their date and time of registration (When classes max out a waiting list begins).

Our Waiting List calls are made in the following order:

• Children of school families - Parishioners - Non-Parishioners.
• Non-parishioners can be returned to the waiting list if a parishioner or school family registers.
• After June 1 all non-parishioner placement becomes final.
