The Schola Cantorum is a chamber ensemble composed of singers from the Parish Choir, Guitar Ensemble, and Cantors.

They sing repertoire drawn from the rich choral tradition of the Catholic Church, with a focus on Renaissance polyphony and sacred compositions of contemporary composers.

Music reading ability is required, as is membership in one of the other music groups at St. Tarcissus. Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 8:15 to 9 pm in the Church; scheduled liturgies usually coincide with the Parish Choir schedule. Interested singers should contact the director of music for more information about joining.
