PHYSICAL EDUCATION

There is never any homework in gym unless it is an extra credit paper.  Students in grades 4 - 8  have the opportunity to do extra credit in gym class by helping ref whatever unit we are doing.  They also may choose to do a book report on an athlete of their choice or on any sport.  Extra credit helps boost their grade.  In order to receive an At, you must do some type of extra credit.  Most students choose to help ref because they enjoy it.

Grades K - 3 will have an opportunity to color an exercise shoe.  This will not be a mandatory assignment.  It is just something extra to get them exercising more at home.  More information will follow on this at another date.
